What you can and cannot do on CSG Academy

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any use of knowledge or tools from CSG Academy against unauthorized systems is a criminal offense under the IT Act 2000. CyberSecurityGhost Tech bears zero liability for misuse. Violators will be reported to law enforcement.

Permitted Activities

Using lab environments for personal skill development and ethical hacking practice

Participating in CTF (Capture The Flag) challenges hosted on the platform

Sharing knowledge, write-ups, and techniques in community forums

Using platform tools for authorized penetration testing on systems you own or have written permission for

Professional development, certifications, and career advancement

Academic research within the bounds of applicable law

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or device not provided by the Platform

Deploying malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code against real systems

Conducting DoS/DDoS attacks against any infrastructure outside the Platform's lab environment

Using platform knowledge to facilitate real-world cyberattacks on individuals or organizations

Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content, lab access, or platform credentials

Attempting to breach the Platform's own security infrastructure

Impersonating other users, staff, or any legal entity

Posting content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or harassment

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or access restrictions

Scraping or automated bulk downloading of platform content

Enforcement & Consequences

Minor ViolationsWarning + temporary feature restriction
Moderate ViolationsTemporary account suspension (7–30 days)
Severe ViolationsPermanent ban, no refund, possible legal action
Criminal ActivityImmediate ban + report to law enforcement

Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy, report it immediately to team@cybersecurityghost.tech with as much detail as possible.

We investigate all reports seriously. False reports made in bad faith may result in action against the reporting party.

Whistleblowers reporting genuine violations in good faith will be protected from retaliation.
